The following questions and answers have been collected to enable our user each access to the most common question involved in using our calling card.

The number of remaining minutes that I hear from the automatic voice machine
is not correct.


Our voice response machine works dynamically, which means that the number of minutes you hear corresponds to the number of minutes left for the destination you are currently dialing.

Example:

If you have 80 Kuna left on your card and dial USA with 1,00 Kuna/min rate, the machine will tell you that you have 80 minutes left. If you place you next call to Belgium Mobile, with a rate of 2,40 Kuna/min the machine will tell you that you have 33 Minutes left.

What are calls made with DenCall cards so cheap?

DenCall cards are driven by the innovations in telecommunications technology and supported by VOIP (Voice over the Internet protocol), enabling lower rates on international calls.

In what increments are the prices calculated?

The rates and prices for DenCall cards are calculated in minute increments.

Where can I buy DenCall cards?

When I call, the voice response machine informs me that I have dialed a wrong number, although I am sure I dialed the right number.

Check the number you are dialing and make sure to use 00 in front of the country code. If the problem still occurs call our helpdesk or send us an E-mail with the number you dialed, we will then trace if there are some problems with local termination.

Why do I have to use the # (pound key) after entering the number?

Since the length of phone numbers varies from country to country the # (pound key) informs our
machine that you have entered all digits.

Are there any additional costs included with the card?

Apart from the cost of international call, the user must pay for the local area call to our access
number, according to the fixed network operator tariffs.

The voice service does not react to the input.

Check if your telephone device supports tone dialling – you can select it through a switch or the telephone menu, depending on the model.

How can I make the maximum savings with DenCall cards?

You can get the maximum savings if you call fixed-to-fixed network. Although DenCall cards can be used from mobile phones, the call to the access number is charged according to applicable mobile operator rates, which adds to the final cost of the international call.

Which phones support DenCall cards?

DenCall cards can be used from any Croatian fixed and mobile phone. If you want to place a
call from a public payphone you use our free access number 0751 751.

Do I have to enter the PIN code each time I use the card, if I want to use only one telephone?

No, call our helpdesk to have your number saved as a pin, in this way you will have pin less dialing.

I try to dial a number, but the answering system tells me that I have a wrong
PIN CODE, but there is credit on my account...
