Using the DenCall cards is very simple - the procedure is similar to using a prepaid mobile voucher, except the calling card requires that clients dial and access number to use the service. Here is how it goes: After you establish the call to our access number, all you need to do is enter the 12-digit PIN code printed on the back side of the card and dial the international telephone number you wish to connect to. The PIN number on each card is permanent, so be sure to save your card
as long you still have credit left on it!
EXAMPLE:

1. Dial 021 409 001 (DenCall access number for fixed phones) or 080 12345 (public phone access number: extra charge 0,60 lipa/min)
2. Enter 12-digit PIN code from the back of the card (e.g. 123456789012)
3. Enter country code for the chosen country (e.g. 0044 - Great Britain )
4. Enter area code (e.g. 20 - London )
5. Enter telephone number (e.g. 89954392)
6. Press # and wait to be connected. If you have entered the wrong digit, press * to correct it.
7. Press # to end the conversation
* Using the payphone access number 080 12345 is subject to an extra charge of
0.60 kn/min.
Save your PIN
If you are always using the card from one fixed telephone number, you can save your phone number as a PIN in our system, in this way you cut short cut the entry procedure. Just follow these instructions: - to save the number you will have to contact our helpdesk (0800 200 230), once number is saved procedure looks like this
